Bill leads the Industrial Design and Mechanical Engineering with 20+ years experience. After graduating from Carnegie Mellon University, he developed a portfolio of projects with a number of well-know consultancies, including Human Factors, Smart Design and ECCO, designing for wide range of industries he found a particular skill and passion for mechanisms and the integration of electronics in consumer products.

Working as a design and engineering consultant for much of his early career, he was able to explore a range of development processes which he has refined specifically for consumer electronics. In addition to managing teams to drive product development programs internally, he enjoys close relationships with external suppliers and ODM production partners to oversee all ‘last mile’ processes to ensure quality is completely controlled at documentation hand-off.

Bill was previously at Electric Objects where as Director of Hardware he led the development of the EO1 and EO2.
